A Sub-Processor is an external data processor engaged by Sparky AI, Inc. d/b/a ArchetypeID (“ArchetypeID”, “we”, or “us”) who may access or process customer content and personal data on our behalf. These sub-processors are engaged to securely facilitate the provision of our behavioral simulation platform and software services, as detailed in our Software as a Service Agreement (MSA) and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Thorough Due Diligence & Security
As an enterprise artificial intelligence platform, ArchetypeID conducts a meticulous assessment of the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of all potential sub-processors. We ensure that every sub-processor who requires access to customer content is bound by rigorous, enterprise-grade Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) and confidentiality obligations that are at least as restrictive as our own.
2. Data Protection Agreement (DPA)
This advisory provides transparency and an accurate inventory of the third-party sub-processors currently utilized by ArchetypeID. If you are an ArchetypeID customer, our comprehensive Data Protection Agreement (DPA) is automatically incorporated by reference into your Master Services Agreement or Order Form. (Note to Customers: ArchetypeID utilizes strict enterprise-tier agreements with our AI sub-processors[e.g., Anthropic, Google Vertex, Balon] which legally prohibit them from retaining or utilizing Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve their foundational models).
4. Updates to this List
ArchetypeID will provide notice of any new sub-processors added to this list. Customers may subscribe to receive notifications of sub-processor changes by emailing legal@archetypeid.ai with the subject line “Sub-Processor Update Subscription.”
