This Privacy Policy explains how Sparky AI, Inc. d/b/a ArchetypeID (“ArchetypeID,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information. This policy applies to individuals who visit our public website (https://archetypeid.ai), interact with our sales and marketing channels, or register for our platform and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. THE ENTERPRISE BOUNDARY (CUSTOMER DATA)

ArchetypeID is an enterprise artificial intelligence platform. Please note that data, documents, and multimodal inputs uploaded to our secure platform by our enterprise clients to generate Virtual Twins or Synthetic Focus Groups (“Customer Property“) are governed strictly by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed with that specific client. We do not use confidential Customer Property for advertising or third-party marketing, nor do we sell it to data brokers.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with our Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

Identifiers: Name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and account credentials when you register or request a demo.
Commercial Data: Billing details, subscription history, and transaction records (processed securely via our third-party payment processors like Stripe).
Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, log files, and analytics regarding how you navigate our Services.
Communication Data: Records of your interactions with our support, sales, or technical teams.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain our Services and platform architecture.
To process transactions, manage billing, and send administrative notices.
To authenticate users and ensure enterprise-grade security and zero-trust compliance.
To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and promotional offers (subject to your opt-out preferences).
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MODEL TRAINING DISCLOSURE

As a behavioral simulation and AI company, data governance is core to our operations:

Internal Model Improvement: To continuously improve the accuracy of our computational engines and behavioral science methodologies, ArchetypeID may use platform usage data. However, any data utilized for internal model training, fine-tuning, or algorithmic enhancement is strictly aggregated and de-identified so that it cannot be linked to any individual person or specific client.
Third-Party AI Sub-processors: We utilize enterprise-tier AI providers (such as Anthropic and Google Vertex AI) to facilitate our platform operations. We execute strict enterprise agreements ensuring these sub-processors do not retain, use, or process our users’ inputted data to train or fine-tune their own foundational or secondary AI models.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Sub-processors & Service Providers: We share data with authorized vendors who provide cloud hosting, database management, and computation (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Balon, Inc.). Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity under strict confidentiality terms.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes. ArchetypeID utilizes AES-256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your behavioral vectors are stored in cryptographically siloed Knowledge Vaults™.

Can I delete my account?

Users have the full right to be forgotten. You can request account deletion through your dashboard or by emailing privacy@archetypeid.com.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell user or enterprise data to third-party brokers or external AI model trainers. Your proprietary insights remain yours.
