Sparky AI, Inc. d/b/a ArchetypeID (“ArchetypeID”) utilizes Google APIs to allow users to seamlessly ingest data, documents, and content into our platform for behavioral simulation and analytics.
ArchetypeID’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Data Utilization & Scope
ArchetypeID only requests access to the specific Google API scopes necessary to provide our core platform functionalities (such as ingesting files for analysis within our Synthetic Focus Groups). We collect and use this data strictly to deliver the user-facing features explicitly requested by the user.
2. Limited Use Obligations
ArchetypeID strictly observes Google’s Limited Use requirements. Data procured through Google APIs is employed solely for the purposes specified within the application’s intended functionality. We do not use or transfer data obtained through Google APIs for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Model Training
As an artificial intelligence platform, protecting user data is our highest priority. ArchetypeID explicitly does not use any user data obtained via Google APIs to develop, improve, train, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models, nor do we permit our third-party sub-processors to do so.
4. Information Transfer to Third Parties
ArchetypeID does not sell Google API data to third parties. In the event that Google API data must be shared with third-party service providers (such as enterprise cloud hosting or computational engine providers) to facilitate the platform’s operational demands, such transfers are strictly limited to providing the core service. ArchetypeID utilizes enterprise-tier API integrations for all third-party processing, ensuring that no third party retains, utilizes, or processes Google API data for their own model training or secondary purposes.
5. User Data Privacy and Security
ArchetypeID employs industry-standard security measures, including robust encryption protocols (both in transit and at rest) and state-of-the-art access controls, to safeguard the privacy and security of user data procured through Google APIs against unauthorized access, alteration, or compromise.
